Disability in the workplace

We are delighted to welcome Terry Mills, Disabled Peoples Employment Champion for Welsh Government, and Morgan Curtis, a Specialist Business Advisor for Business Wales to speak at our next webinar on Thursday, 20th January 2022.

Unfortunately, disabled people still face barriers both in work and when looking for work, and this can be down to misconceptions such as reasonable adjustments being expensive, as well as unconscious bias - this webinar will give you the knowledge you need to start making meaningful changes that will positively impact disabled people in the workplace today.

The topics covered will include reasonable adjustments, recruitment and methods to support existing employees.

We hope you'll join us for what is sure to be an informative and useful session.
