The Wales HR Network was founded by Acorn by Synergie and Darwin Gray to bring HR professionals together – building connections, sharing best practice, and exploring the latest trends shaping the workplace.In 2017, we launched the Wales HR Awards, the first event to celebrate HR excellence in Wales along with many networking breakfast events covering a vast array of topics. Since then, we’ve grown with the profession – moving online during the pandemic, bringing the annual Awards back in 2022, and launching the Future of Work Conference in 2023, with leading voices on diversity, wellbeing, AI, and the four-day week.In 2025, the Future of Work Conference returned to ICC Wales, with an outstanding line-up of experts discussing neurodiversity, employment law, AI in the workplace, and the future of wellbeing.Looking ahead, we’re excited to be partnering with Beam Training on our next series of events, strengthening our commitment to delivering high-impact conferences and learning opportunities that empower HR professionals with knowledge, inspiration, and the connections to shape the future of work.
